Repose

This reminds us of our many experiences at Catholic funerals where the grieving, searching for something to say, often to resort to commenting on the state of the deceased.

He looks wonderful
She looks exactly the same.

Whereafter both parties will stare off silently, picturing a faceless stranger spending intimate time and space with their loved one.

(Stick to the haikus?)

Sent in by Q, a Philadelphia high-school student who wishes to be a photographer when she grows up. A great start, we say!

haikus are great, but that is the perfect description for that picture! :)

I agree with Rachel - this is a great description - the smokey feel of the pic is perfect! Kudos to the aspiring professional photographer :)
