Spotted on Spring Garden at 15th.
This morning we took a trip down to our favorite corner in Philadelphia to do some of our own broken umbrella hunting. We weren't disappointed. Here's the first of the pics we took, which we'll be interspersing with reader submissions for the rest of the week.

there must be some sort of wind tunnel there. you need a tag for broad and spring garden. i suggest "umbrella garden." :)
