If you look close enough, you can see that there are THREE umbrellas sticking in that pole there.  I first thought someone was selling them, but didn't see anyone hanging out close enough for me to think that.  also, is that a trash bag just hanging out?  SO. CONFUSED.  THOSE LOOK LIKE GOOD UMBRELLAS!
